pacesetter TSP ory installed well put the pacesetters on yesterday at school, took 3.5 hours. I replaced plugs and oil, and used the bocsh 13111's Drove home with open headers becuase the tsp ory was sent to me with two left side pipes, no codes came up at all for AIR or 02's (think its becuase of my diablosport)
Today i recieved the right side pipe for ory which was overnighted and of course i have to pay becuase it is my fault they packaged the box wrong, and wow a what a PITA took me close to 3 hours to get this damn thing in, and the fitment sucks the driver side pipe pushes right up on the floorboard and rattles against x member, the tunnel brace can't go on anymore, and the i-pipe barley fits now.... anyone else have any fitment issues

I have the catted y-pipe from TSP. The drivers side hangs pretty low. However, that may not be 100% a fitment problem. The shop that installed it just may have rushed the install. There is some room to raise it some though

Im having the opposite problem mine tucks up too high, bangs on the floor boards. Ive read so many good reviews about the system, just went out and checked to make sure pipe was on right and its the only way it will slide on. I have some heater hose on top the pipe to stop bangin, but it just falls off after a a couple hours of driving. anyone have any ideas how to insulate the banging for good?
I just installed my TSP ORY with my pacesetter LTs and I must say the TSP ORY was terrible.
The back half of the Ypipe was more than 6 inches too long. I had to hack it up and weld on it just to get it to remotely fit.

just put a piece of wire around the pipe and over the rubber to keep it in place to stop the banging, or you could install poly motor mounts, or use a mufflex y pipe hanger to keep it from banging.

It would have been impossible to put it on.......period.
mine bands the floorboard also, and when under 1000 RPM the car vibrates bad, I cant diagnose what it is, but Im thinking its the ORY banging the floorboard rapidly, causing the vibration. it is a noisy vibration might I add.
casey... a mod here (theblurls1) will pimp slap you for not putting poly motor mounts in... which would most likely eliminate your vibration... you can always some bumpstops where it's touching
