Likely it's the !air and !egr causing it.
Once you know the codes, you can look them up from the PCM section.

Another thing to consider is that the 02 sims are not working / causing to still throw a code. I know a few people and have read of a few who still get codes even with sims.
reset the computer by putting the key in the ignition and turning it to the "on" position, and then removing the PCM BAT, PCM IGN fuses from engine bay. Let sit for 5 mins, turn key off, replace fuses, and then re-start car.
Probly the air/egr though..

That would be the AIR system.
Then I had it tuned out, so I never saw the light because of the !AIR mod.
This thread is really just hardcore speculation.
Get the codes scanned, that's all you can really do.
Don't fret over the sims being bad, it does happen but it's rather rare.
