Maybe go to local speed shop and ask them. If you have them do it, it will cost some $$$.

I'd almost like to have mine done, then take it apart and take pic's and post them just to get rid of all this secret bullshit that surrounds the "magic ported fast 90 intake" that circles the intrenet like the plague.

Like I said... I wish someone would just pay to have it done then post up the pics. I think we should start a pool, everyone throw 25 bucks in, until there is enough there to buy an intake and have it done, then get it back, take lots of pic's of it on here, then we can draw a raffle with the people that threw the 25 in tose who gets it.

I'd be happy to be the first person to throw 25 bucks into the mix to start it off.. just have to get about 50 more people in on the plan.

Do a search guys, there is a decent amount of info.
Mainly around port matching, removing flash, blending angles and smoothing transients.

Also, you need to be very careful when you do it. If you aren't doing it right you will make the intake worse than it used to be.

i just got rid of the ridge on mine since it was very, very close to the same runner sive and they lined up good.i used a very high rpm dremel type tool like the dentists use with a carbide tip that was around 1/2 " long and started at about 3/8" and tapered down sharp on the end.all 8 ridges was gone and blended in in around an hour.have you ever looked at the ridge on the 90 intake ? i have no idea why they have it there but getting rid of it has to get rid of some turbulence. i don't want to chance screwing it up so if i decide to have it actually ported tony m will be the man to see.
*edit*here is a pic of where i deridged it.forgot to get a before pic.

Porting an intake isnt rocket science. The idea is to port match, and get rid of rough surfaces as well as obstructions. The goal is to flow a bit more air as well as make the air less turbulant.

get you a dremel and go at it, just be careful.
