FLP's and Banging!!!
I know that most people are using some kind of high temp hose. heres what I did. I went down to home depot and bought some of the clear plastic (with the cross white braided patterns) hosing which i was *told* was high temp. I go to shove it underneath and it CURED THE BANGING!!. I was like phew!!!! Then go to check the plastic and the plastic was on the verge of being demolished. it was all chewed up and melted. Question is, what the hek kind of material are u guys using? I just need some EXCELLENT HIGH TEMP stuff and i'll be set
Thanks! <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

<strong>I bought high temp heater hose from Home Depot...it's rubber with the braided **** in the middle. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0"> </strong><hr></blockquote>
You wouldnt by chance have a pic of that would u? It doesn't melt at at all?? If i could do this i would, but if not the new "valvespring" mod might due. FYI, there is so lil space between the certain area of the floorboard and the ONE area the FLP's hit, that im not even sure if a spring could fit. I might try and have to pry the system.

Slowly rotate the offroad pipe around until it is at it's lowest point away from the underside of the car (the off road pipes are not completely straight). Try both O.R. pipes on the drivers side and see which one gives you the most clearance. I did this and do not have any banging or rubbing issues with my car and do not use any hoses in between the headers and body.
Hope this helps.
