Default Is SLP Flowpack worth the money???

Just wondering if the Flowpack offered by SLP is worth the money or would i be better off buying just the lid and spending money in other places?

not worth the money... just get the lid, do the free ram air mod, use the paper filter and dont wast ur money on the smooth bellows.. do the fernco mod (research first.. there seems to be some people who have cracked their lids doing this)..

the smooth bellows is more of an appearence mod then a performance mod...

hope this helps

well IF you actually want all those parts.......

it looks like in the end it will cost the same to piece the stuff together or buy that kit and TO ME you would probubly get better stuff from other places (SLP = not the best stuff)

Youll get more bang for your buck with just a lid, FTRA or SSRA, and ported TB

I have the flowpac but if I had to do it again I probably wouldn't buy it. Its expensive but its nice. its not like your losing power with it your just spending a little extra money.

I have the flopac and I'd say it's too expensive. Good mods, the bellows look nice, cold air and lid are nice too, but with that money I'd buy a FTRA, lid, and a ported TB

My formula had the kit on it. Its makes nice power, but if I were to do it over it would be the FTRA and Lid all the way.

i love the flopac

its instant hp
and best of all: it looks really clean and goes on easy

i think its worth it and youll feel the difference right away

yes you can do the fra, but you wont get the same result as the cai

yes you can do any other lid
but this one is slp

yes you dont need bellows, a home depot tube and 2 hose clamps wil work jsut the same

ported throttle body is something else not included in the kit so dont worry about it

i did the free ram air mod, and the flowpac

the filter is nice because you dont have to buy another one, and they do flow better than a paper filter

its a nice appearance package on top of a nice hp gain and easier to get it all together than buying the parts separately

youll spend less if you buy them all together
