I assume that you have catalytic converters still on the car?
The P0430 is the classic bank2 (passenger side) catalytic below threshold code.
Either your passenger side cat has gone bad, or the o2 sensor (the one after the cat) has and issue.

How many miles on the car? I believe that the cats are warrantied for 50,000+ miles.

You can shut that code off for good with hp tuners, but if you want to keep cats(if they're on the car, most likely bad) can get new stock ones under warranty (8/80000mi).

I am thinking either a bad o2 sensor for that 'side' or due to the the hi-flow cat having an issue?

Its the highflow cat causing the problem. I had the same problem with my catted Y and just tuned them out myself. You could also get 02 sims and see if that works.

Do you have a hand held scanner tool available to clear the code? Another quick diagnosis would be to swap the rear o2 sensors (pass side to driver, driver to pass side) then wait for the code to reappear and see if the p-code switched banks (sides). At least then you would know that it is not the sensor....just a thought.

I had the same code...took out the rear o2's and replaced them with simulators. Hasn't come on since.
