ls2 intake on ls1

ls2 intake on ls1 ok has anybody read the article in gm high performance about using the l92 heads off the escalade and the l76 intake off the holden its similar to the ls2 intake. but how do you convert the tb off the intake though to use by cable not by wire?

LS2's use the 90mm throttle body and you will need to fab something up for the cable. However if you are N/A I wouldn't suggest using an LS2 intake. Go with a LS6. The LS2 is nice in FI setups but not the N/A ones.

its not the ls2 intake though its actually an intake off a holden but it has the same type off throttle setup but the it fits the l92 heads its more like an ls7 intake

no the l92 heads are off the 07 escalade, theyre based on the ls7 heads but run a fatter intake runner. so the ls2 and 7 intakes dont match up, so you have to use the l76 intake off the holden which uses the same tb as the ls2. the heads run about 850 completely assembled from gm and the intake including 39lb injectors tb fuel rail is about 500 bux but it has to be converted to work on and ls1 cable style throttle

The PTM 90mm billet tb is sold thru TSP.Excellent tb and at a very reasonable price.
