Cheapest place or way to get a lobger crank pulley bolt.

Default Cheapest place or way to get a lobger crank pulley bolt.

Anyone know the cheapest place or a easy way to make a longer bolt so i ca put this damn ASP pulley on and get it out of my closet? Or anyone wanna sell me one?

Not the cheapest but it works great and won't screw up the threads in the crank.

what ever you do dont use the longer bolt. Either use the tool thats sold above or use a piece of all thread, 2 nuts, and a bunch of washers. I learned the hard way!!!!

I used a longer bolt with no problems. Took my stocker to the hardware store and matched up the threads. I also got some washers. That tool is awesome if you're willing to buy it.

Heating the pulley in the oven before putting it on helps also (300* or so). Mine went on so easy I thought it was the wrong one.

The mega-chain stores don't stock them but I got mine at a local mom-n-pop hardware store.
