Default Keep the Duel/Duel or sell it?

Just like the title says. I am trying to deside if I should keep the duel/duel setup on my car, or sell it for something else. I had a magnaflow cb on my 95, and it shounded pretty good. but I was thinking if I sold my d/d, I'd want something like a TSP Rumbler. What do all of you think? Any other ideas? I don't want an SLP LM, as I want to put LT's on my car later.

I have the dual/dual on my car right now with stock manifolds and gutted cats and it sounds pretty sweet with just the cats gutted. I have pacesetters and offroad Y, just waiting for some decent weather around here so I can put them on. From what Iv read this catback sounds just right with longtubes and no cats. Not so loud its annoying, but people can still hear you coming! I wish my headers were on so I could give you some more info, but I researched it a while back and thats what I came up with.

sounds amazing with ORY and LTs, ive got a leaky y-pipe so once i get my new clamps in illl redue it and see how it sounds without the leak. But at WOT it sounds extremely nice in my opinion. Ill end up pulling the y and adding cut outs when i want it extremely loud and keep the D/D for everyday use.

I'd rather have that with a cutout than my current setup.

I would keep it and just put a cutout in it. It will sound nice with LT's, ORY, and cutout

If you want louder....investigate to whether or not you have....whats that thing called ..its a restrictor INSIDE the drivers side pipe..the "ring of silence" or something

get that removed and they say youll get a louder Dual Dual...

I think that was only on factory SLP cars, and only on a certain year or couple of years.

Dual/Duals are highly sought after. I would spend the money on other performance parts. Better yet, go True Duals. They will go great with Longtubes.

So did they put "the cone of silence" on the 99's?

Its been a long time, but I think the answer is no for the 1999s. Go out on a cold morning and you see if the exhaust is really uneven or not.
