Default Headers/True Duals

I'm going to order the Texas Speed true dual system and Pacesetter headers......good combo?? Also, do I need the O2 extensions? Just wanted some of your opinions........THANKS!

Yes, it's a great combo

You need the 02 extensions, and it's an option to change your gaskets, I did. Also, now is the time to change your spark plugs too. I don't know what your doing with the AIR + EGR, but it's better to find someone with EFIlive or HPtuners to turn off all the codes that you will get from not having rear 02's, AIR, EGR.

thanks! hey I'm new at this so what is AIR and EGR?? In terms of codes, do you mean it will show "Service Engine Soon"? Also, can i use an OBDII scanner to turn off these codes?

Look at the sticky up top.

Yes, your SES light will be on. A OBDII scanner will not delete the codes, the light will just come right back on.

so is my car going to run worse if i don't get the codes removed? I'd have to find someone with EFI Live or HpTuners......Thanks again for the help!

I agree, great combination. The headers and td's both fit and sound great.

Oh yeah if you want tame sounding go for the spiral flows, something in between is sweet thunders (that's what I got), and if you want really loud go with the Dynomax bullets. I've heard all the setups and they all sound pretty good, just depends on what you want.

Dude ur car sounds gay!!!...no just playing it sounds good i really recommend the sweet thunders...like Joe said they sound good...tame around town but absolutely scream!! at WOT.

good idea on the plugs, there has been a few post about leaving their plugs in and cracking them and then their car runs like ****.

haha....its not that loud anymore. You should come to some of our meets since you only live in laguna beach. I live not to far away in newport
