will this tb fit my SS?

I was wondering if a shanser S2 tb off of a 2000 fbody, will for mt 2001 camaro ss?

00-02 TB's are the same as far as i know but the 98-99 were different

yes as long as it has 3 bolts and is from a 00 or up

The only difference in the early throttle bodies was the cable cam. The 98's (and 99's?) had a slightly smaller one, causing them to open a bit faster.You can always swap your stocker in if you end up with a wrong one though.

i jsut ran into this problem, trying to put a 2002 TB on my 98. the cable wasent long enough to hook into the larger cable cam of the 2002. so we had to swap shafts and cams out.
