Cool Anyone here have American racing headers ???

I was wondering if anyone here was running their headers. I would actually like to see pictures of their whole setup(header/Y pipe) so I can get an idea of the fit.

I was thinking of buying a set of Kooks and their Y pipe for my car since my current setup its crap. Its not the heders but the Y pipe FYI.

Thanks for any pics!

I must say, the fit and finish on them is AWESOME!
Customer service is great, you really cannot beat them...they are very down to earth super cool guys

You can see a bunch of pics of the headers and more details in this thread HERE

As well as more details on my TD set-up they fabbed up HERE

Wink

Man thats a great setup.

I plan on being a little cheap and do the install myself so I would rather go with a catted Y pipe. I want to see how their Y pipe compares to the Kooks Y pipe with cats.

These things look sweet! QTP or AR, QTP or AR. AR looks like a better set up but QTP's are sooo purrrrdY!

If you click on the link I posted for the headers it goes to an entire thread on the headers and y-pipe.

The pic below is from that thread showing it all...
Purrrrrrdy huh!

Yeah, I was seriously considering getting the QTP's, till I saw those pictures, and some pictures of them installed on different cars. Needless to say, I whipped out the credit card. Now all I have to do is get the hell out of Iraq and get home to install them.

Man im really undecided about what to get....

On one hand I have a Kooks setup with a catted Y and on the other an American racing setup with a catted Y.

It all comes to how they fit now and how well they tuck in. I plan on getting strano springs and maybe revalved bilsteins if I dont have enough budget for Konis

Installed them yesterday! They are AMAZING!!! Fit PERFECTLY, sound AWESOME. Even the Y-pipe fits perfectly with NO trouble at all. For anyone that is on the fence or even thinking about going with American Racing Headers,

DO IT!!!!! You will not regret it!

Wat up Joe!..it's "Fenix" from fastls1.

Yea I was lookin at Pacesetters first when I was shoppin around for headers. They are junk. Bottom line is do it right or not at all. A.R.H. are THE best. A little pricey, but you would end up paying the same amount once your Pacesetters start falling apart and you have to rebuy them.
