Is this with the stock rod-bolts? If so, and you have a 98-00 your crazy.
thats why i 64-65 on stock, and 68 on the on the new bolts. Although, some people around me have been spinning thier motors quite high. many around 6800-7k on stock bolts. And these are 98 cars. sorry to get off topic. id say put it on a dyno and see where it stops making power, then shift.

And im not saying its a gurantee that anyone is going to throw a rod bolt, but i just wanted to point out that its a proven fact that the stock rod bolts are weak, and many people have figured that out the hard way. When all is said and done, get it on a dyno and see where you stop making power. If theres no need to take it up that high, then way gamble? and with a stock cam, theres no need to go above 6200.

How many miles are on your car? That makes me feel good about putting a cam in my car down the road!
