But it seems you have used quite a few of them...
I did not see where you ported your Throttle body or indexed your plugs, or installed a clamp to stop the motor from torqing over, or boxed the LCA's, or raised the Coils off the valve covers, shoot... looking over your list, you have missed quite a few. (sorry, i have been awake all night and i want to crash, but there's LOTS more you DONT have)
Better get busy!

you can use a piece of black elec. tape to cover the SES light I am running without EGR and AIR pump (Though they are still in the car, just not connected) If you have scanmaster or ATAP you dont have to worry about it.
Cheers,

Is indexing the plugs adjusting the gap size according to your engine performance (dyno information)? I've never heard of it.
What kind of clamp and where to install it to keep the motor from torquing over?

So you are telling me that ATAP or scanmaster can clear the codes permanently? I would remove mine if I know this to be true.....

Raugh, looking at your page gave me an idea. When you epoxy the TB, what size holes do you have to drill. I'm assuming if you don't drill the holes you will have no idle?

Your right... you HAVE to have an hole. What siaze? I just kept increasing it till it was what I wanted. Sorry, I dont know the size... but it is pretty small.

... no it is installing your plugs so that the open face of the plug is facing the incoming charge. (that is how i do it)

... it is an turnbucle.. it is mounted on the drivers side of the motor and the frame to keep the motor from torqueing over.
Good luck.

When I modded my stat a few months back, I first thought of installing a spacer exactly as illustrated by the pics posted by RyanJackson. I felt installing a spacer as such would create greater stress on the housing ears and also have an effect on the valves closed seat pressure.
I elected to simply change the spring with one I had in a "I may need that some day" collection. My regulators open/close temps are now pretty much 10 degF lower than stock.
Just thought I throw another option out.

It's not like the rest of them this one is fully functional. More photos on my home page.

I have done this on a friends 8 second small block 350 sedan about three years ago. Picked up MPH immediatley, BUT you have to seal the engine VERY good, no breathers, etc. Everything MUST be sealed. If your doing it, put a vacuum gauge where the driver can see it going mid course and through the lights. Should pull a vacuum of at least 2 through the lights! Good luck.
Don't have a part number, it may be the same as some of the USA made pumps. Hope this helps!
