Anyway, does anyone know about how much it will cost to get this fixed? and what exactly will have to be done?
Thanks...

I just got done tapping mine, and installed plugs in the rear O2 bungs. The three most common taps for 18mm will be 1.5, 1.75, and 2.0. Our O2 sensors and I believe spark plugs are 18X1.5. I hope I'm not too late....

I'm sort of procrastinating on this, as I'm hesitant to take out the sensor and find out that it won't go back in... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

those "spark plug anti-fouling adaptors"
and hack off the male end; the female end
fits (at least, older) O2 sensors just
right. Have used this to add O2 sensors
to some of my older vehicles for tuning
(carb jet selection) purposes. You can
braze or weld them into a slip-fit hole
easily. Want to make sure you have the right
amount of sensor protrusion inside, not too
little (inaccurate) or too much (restrictive).
Match the seated height when you tack it
in for welding.
