hooker longtubes and y pipe?

hooker longtubes and y pipe? I'm looking at installing a set of Hooker longtubes but i need to know whether they will hook up to my factory y pipe or will i need to buy an aftermarket y pipe. I want to keep the cats on. if so, what is the best y pipe w/ cats? Forgive me if this is a dumb question.
