Radical Radiator Relocation?

I found a sweet combo of rad + condenser that can stand vertically behind the nose. Only thing is it's made for a 4L. engine, not a 5.7L so it may not cool well enough.
How about we skip this topic all together and you pm all posters "uncensored" pics of your G/F ?? Don't get bent out of shape bro, she's smoking. What? Don't anyone say you weren't thinking the same thing!! LOL.....
On a serious note, its cool that you have some creative ideas, but not to sure how well they will work. Seems like the radiator was installed the way it was for a reason. JMHO

I'm considering dumping the hot radiator air into the front wheel wells. Or another option would be to route it up and over the battery /fuse box area and out some heat extractors in the hood.

Based on the aerodynamic research I've been doing, it should be more effective to have the extractors more towards the headlights than towards the firewall..
I believe the extractors on the side of Rogers Viper hood would fit just right. See the attached pic.

Here are some progress pics. The rad is just mocked up in approximately the new location.
The radiator cap will either be sealed off or replaced with a 20lb cap and a new expansion tank with a low level sensor and fill cap (stock 14lb) will be added slightly above the engine level. This will make sure all the air is removed from the system.
I think I'm going to cut out the stock lower crossmember, but it sure comes in handy for jacking up a low car. Maybe I'll just cut the middle out. We'll see. I also plan to open up the licence plate area all the way.

That looks like a lot of effort for zero gain. Cutting crossmembers isn't a good idea if you ever get in a wreck.
I do like the photoshop of the angle nose on the stock hood. Just a tad bit more aggressive than stock.

Hell i would like to see a good front breather conversion on a camaro where the ducting goes through the big holes that are already in the bumper and just through the bumper support and such...

I'm hesitant to post anything here until it's done, but I finally decided on the exact location and angle for the stock radiator/fans/AC condensor. I just need to fab up some mounts and then weld them into place.
When you pop the hood you will see this. A beautiful view of the engine with nothing in the way:
STOCK AND THEN MODDED:
There will be no bar running over the top for the latch because I'll have 2 C5 vette hood latches on the front left and right. And just to make things a little harder I'm running tubing to the bottom nose area capable of supporting the weight of the car and will mount rollers on it so I don't have to worry about steep drivaways. They will also serve as jacking points.
If you like what I'm doing fine, if not, I don't care.
