Default true duals with Powersticks or Powerpacks

just wanted some opinions on the powerstick or powerpack mufflers. I suggested to someone earlier today about using these mufflers over the axle. You heard any setups with these mufflers? comments wanted

They sound like the 60's muscle cars do. Nice n deep. With a cam in they'll really make for a nice muffler. Chambered mufflers really help out..to cancel the " loudness" yet retain the growl n howl. I'm personally awaiting my medium sized powersticks to arrive so i can swap out my borla pro xs'. i got TD's under axle 3' with x3 on 114, i cant wait. oh n I'm also removing cats , so it'll be real nasty.

their probably close to same in muffling quality. both have chambers, so idk how precise it;d be. I know if u like flows sound go with them.. summit has them calld " 10 Series" i believe for like 70 bucks piece.

The medium lengths are 16' chambered, looks like a bullet style muffler. i'd assume the flows would be.. you should give EAD Performance a call, Tim will tell you the differences in mufflers. You might wanna look into Powerpacks.. their " crimped" n the powersticks arent' hence a lil louder in exhaust note. yet in reality they'll both sound killer.

cheers

All I gotta say is it's gonna be LOUD either way. I'd do bullets before the axle then powerpacks in place of the stock muffler (so you can fit longer ones) then out the back.

Aren't the Powersticks actually the "crimped" ones?

I had my x-pipe installed last weekend with magnaflow metalcore cats & short powerpacks. It sounds AWESOME!!! It went right back in the shop for mods in the sig, but I should have it back either Friday or Monday so I can get some vids.

oh it's torture! When I saw it on Tuesday, the exhaust and headers were next to it, the fuel tank was out, the intake and heads were off, and the new cam was goin in.
