what year is your car? if its a 01-02 i would go with an LS7 clutch. but it its a 98-00 your going to have to change master cylnder and slave cylnder, so its going to run about $770 bux. otherwise, without thoes, it shouldnt be more than 500 shipped from SDPC.

it's an 01, but can you keep the stock flywheel if you get an ls7 clutch?

no you have to upgrade to the LS2 flywheel, but that is included in the ~500 shipped. i think its 399.99 + shipping from SDPC for just the clutch PP and FW. then its like another 13X.XX for the master and like 11X.XX for the slave.....etc...so you can see it adds up quick. im waiting for my OT paycheck to get it because i gotta get the slave and master also. so its going to be like 768.XX shipped to me.

spec clutches are hit or miss. i personally would never get one jsut because of the horror stories ive heard. some say they have resolved the problem, but others still post storied of their clutch coming apart and eating their legs and the dash...etc.

no you dont need a master or slave. i dont either, but the 01+ were upgraded versions. so unless yours are bad there is no reason to upgrade.

I got a ZO6 clutch & updated slave a couple years ago and it's a great setup. The pedal feel is light like stock with zero chatter.
