11 hp and 8 ft lbs of torque gained at the wheels on my stock SS. From what I have read the stock SS exhaust flow just about the same as flowmaster catback so I'm sure you'll pickup some pony's.

My mods are in my sig.
I just had the car on the dyno last Friday, and I gained almost 10 rwhp between the cutout being open and closed, and that's with a pretty free flowing (and rather expensive) B&B Triflo exhaust.
With headers and catted Y pipe and a cam, I find the noise of the open cutout unbearable, so I cap it but put a nut between the cutout and the cap as a spacer, so it still sounds mean at idle and at WOT without being super loud.

Im kinda anxious to see how much different the cut out makes on my car. LTs, ORY, magnaflow vs. LTs, ORY, cut out open.

yes it will, but you will loose a lil low end torque, and you will be able to tell whenever you put the cut out back on.
I have seen a 408 dyno 40rwhp with the cutouts removed and nothing else changed.
