Default Borla Exhaust drooping and hanging crooked

Do the tips for the Borla catback hang low and sloppy by defualt or was a shitty install job to blame? I am looking at a used 02 camaro and it has a Borla catback that droops. Thats the best way I can explain it. Would I be able to take it to any reputable exhaust shop and have them make it look clean and snug, or is borla a POS catback that looks silly on the camaros?

Also, one of the tips looks a lil crooked, like its slanted. Can an exhaust shop fix this as well? If anyone wants, I could draw a pic of what im talking about.

That is something you have to watch out with though. Sometimes they will tac up a hanger and it will cause a force to tweak the rest of the system and cause a leak elsewhere. Make sure they do it right.
