exauhst cutout reliability I really want to put some electric exauhst cutouts in my car. I have heard mixed things about thesee. some people tell me they always work fine some say they will get stick .. What is your experience with these

most people just go with one, I like my dual-Y setup, but its not for everyone, i know that i am losing a few HP downlow, but for me its a trade off for what i consider a great souind.
The leaking issue isnt a big deal to me either, ive never had mine go, but it doesnt seem like an in depth fix if something where to happen.

you can get some washers or nuts, and vary how open u want the plate..I did that once when I removed the electric plate, just for fun. Last edited by NHRAMAN; Oct 28, 2007 at 08:35 PM.
If u have stock manifolds and cats it will sound okay...lt's + cats and all the way open all the time it will get annoying...I open mine about halfway..think it sounds better like that until hwy speeds..then open.[i have nooo cats] you can get some washers or nuts, and vary how open u want the plate..I did that once when I removed the electric plate, just for fun.
