In CT, its ave around 2.80 for basic and 3.00 for 93. As for the feasibility, if gas was still around 1.25 for basic and maybe 1.40 for 93, then you wouldnt see the push for E-85. But since its not as low as it was 3-4 yrs ago, its now an cost effective option.
