Default Just ordered my GMMG catback

Was debating the Rumbler, GMMG, B&B and Mufflex with Spintechs. Was so close to ordering the B&B from Speed Inc but they were out. The price was great at $699 but N/A.
Getting Kooks with a catted Y so should be a nice set up. Currently have a cutout on the stock factory exhaust so hoping a decent improvment is made. Love the sound of the cutout with stock manifolds but needed something better. We'll see how I like it. Been wanting it for 2 years, finally got it. Hope it was worth it!

You'll love it. I have that same setup with Kooks/Catted Y/ GMMG. Sounds great and +1 for being all stainless steel.

Unless you go with more cubes and more compression like me. I have to take mine off and go with something quieter so it will pas the dB test for inspection.

Was debating on gmmg and b&b way back when. They only thing I didn't like about the gmmg was a bit of drone and cabin noise where the b&b was quieter. If I recal too the gmmg was a little quieter at idle until you stepped on the gas. WOt they both scream equally as nice

You're going to love the new exhaust. Videos online don't do it justice.

Yeah, the vids probably don't. Hard to tell.
It was a dead heat for both B&B and GMMG but like I said, Speed didn't have it and so GMMG it was.
We'll see if there is any time reduction at the track. Best so far with just the cutout is a 13.13@107.99mph. So I was stock save for the cutout. With the cutout closed I went 13.18 so it made no differance. Kinda want to hit a 13.0 before going with LT's and drag radials we'll see what happens. Damn automatic holding me back. LoL
I am lucky...been waiting for 2 years to get the GMMG or a single mod for my T/A, waited long enough.

Here is a clip of me racing at the UTI drags in Nov. Not my best showing but oh well.
Hope it sounds better than what the cutout does. I like the way my cutout sounds!

Well put it on today. Liked it a lot. Deff not as loud as my cutout was but that's why I left the cutout attached
I like the sound at WOT, muscle sounding but so far not very loud like I was expecting. So overall very nice.

When I put it on my stock manifolds/cats, it sounded good and it did get louder after a little while. Same thing when I added headers. I had it on the stock manifolds for a year, first drive after the headers went on I didn't like the sound. I don't know if it was something with the car or something with my ear. It did work itself out and sounded great on all accounts. Catback only, LTs and catback and H/C.

Cool...I guess I was expecting it to be louder. I am very happy with the tone though. I finished it late so didn't get a chance to video it but I will tomorrow. My best friend was laughing because he said I spent $700 on the exhaust when my cutout was louder. LoL. Then again he has QTP's w/dual ele cutouts, Moser 4.10's and a LM1...so...
