Default LM1: Love it or Hate it?

I have the LM1, Pacesetter LT's, and an ORY. Alot of people say that they will sound like *** and just a random noise. Any opinions from the people that have it? Thanx in advance.

I had the same set up. Sounds like ***. I replaced the resonator with a chambered muffler and I've come to the conclusion that it still sounds like ***. Either cam it, or throw some cats in there.

We sell more LMII's now than LMI's. I always tell people to get the LMII, and if it is too quiet, it is cheaper to buy the LMI resonator than vice versa if that makes sense.

We have them on sale if anyone is interested.

I had a friend who used the LM1 system on his SS and said that around 3 or 4 k rpm the interior rattles and can get quite annoying. So I went with the LM2 and I like it a lot however I want to Cam it and put on LTs so that I get a deeper sound.

I have a LM1 with Pacesetters and ORY and i loved it at first but i promise it will start wearing on you. And i love insanely loud, but the drone at 2200 rpm and the absence of any tone what so ever, not to mention the attention from the po po has lead me to install the hooker system i have sitting around. IMHO LT+ORY+Hooker= Sex.

I have the LM1 on my car. It sounds great in my opinion and I have gotten lots of compliments on it. I am in the middle of H/C/I and LT/ORY right now. WIll have to wait and see how it is then. But it wont be driven every day and if the drone is to bad then i can always turn the radio up more
