Re: Magnaflow with no cats. It sounds NICE! I have a Mac O/R Ypipe, stock manifolds and the Magnaflow catback, and it sounds really nice. Its deeper and louder, ofcourse. Magnaflow w/ cats is a lil too quiet, imo. The o/r pipe makes it just right

Re: Magnaflow with no cats. I'm running the same exhaust exactly as SunsetWS6 (FLP,ORP,Magnaflow) but I have heads and a rather sizeable cam and it's pretty loud at idle very loud under acceleration. It's loud, but it's nice and deep - like a big block.

Re: Magnaflow with no cats. The Magnaflow has a very nice deep sound although it is by no means quiet. People will hear you coming if you have offroads and a cam.... My only other choice was a 4" Mufflex system, but I decided to pass on it mostly because of the price. For the money you won't be dissappointed you bought it. Very nice sound, stainless steel, easy to install and flows almost as good as a loudmouth.

I was looking forward to hearing it because I liked the sound clip that had LT and cats ALOT. I think it may be my favorite cat back, but if its louder without the ORy's then EVEN BETTER Puulleeze..someone post a clip.

Re: Magnaflow with no cats. I run a MAgnaflow w/ a ORY and Lt and the rasp is really bad. The catback sounded sweet before the OFY. It might be the Hooker Y design but its very load and raspy now.
