I think I broke my LM exhaust?????
I havent been driving my car for the past week or so due to being sick, I decided I better no neglect it anymore so I drove it today nothing to extreme just a normal drive and I notice that my exhaust is unusally quiet. First I think its just me or that I might still be a little out of it but as I drive it around I decide to get on it a few times and open it up and its responsive like normal but its still really quiet for having the Loudmouth system. It sounds like someone put a muffler on my car lol anyone have any idea what could be causing it or how to fix it

I noticed mine doing this last week so while my friend had my car on the lift to paint my calipers he noticed that my muffler (resonator) was cracked. It was quiet at idle but other than that still loud. I had been wanting to switch to a borla x-r1 for a while so I finally got one today

This may sound kinda stupid but here it goes anyway. When I first got my exhaust on, Kooks TSP true duals and sweet thunders, it was awesome loud. But like you after a while it die down, and alot. Its not just in your head because Ive even asked people, wasn't my car louder when I first put the headers+TD's on? They all said yes it was. Now when your pipes are brand new the inside is like a slick finish, but after a while you look in the pipes and there coated black. Wouldn't the inside being clean effect the amount of exhaust sound, and how fast it gets out. Is anyone following me here.
Brand new, inside slick, exhaust=loud
Much used, inside coated black, exhaust=not so loud
I really hope this makes sense to everyone.
