Come on dude, I mean come on......wow just wow....
Pat - Its either you got water into your o2 wiring / your headers and jacked with your o2, or if you have a Fast Toys Ram Air / Super Sucker Ram Air and a little bit of water got past your filter and hit your MAF.
Peace,
Craig.

I drive in heavy snow sometimes. I used good O2 sensor extensions though, weatherpacks make a difference over splicing wires.
The only issue I actually have is a dumb one. I had a lot of snow build up in the rear wheel wells of the tires. Needless to say, having 1-2lbs of extra weight within the wheel wells will wreak havoc with the tire balance. Couldn't get above 30mph on a clean road without the back of the car wanting to shake itself apart.
Check the O2's, make sure it's not an exposed wire or short or something there. Also the MAF is another culprit for problems if got wet or dirty.
