Default Typhoon LS6 intake manifold

Anyone know anything about these manifolds. Are they a direct fit to stock? Also If I have an 85mm throttle body what size inlet do I need on the intake manifold 96mm??? 86mm???

from what I've seen on here, it has been hit or miss for it fitting correctly... and the power gains have also been hit or miss... most people aren't really seeing any gains from this over the LS6 manifold... seems to be mostly an appearance mod...

just what i've read on here...

it does look nice that was one of the biggest reasons I wanted it. Do you know about the inlet size for my 85mm tb?

i have an 85mm intake with 85mm throttle body. nice setup, mine took a little shimmying to work, but once i got it in and fitted correctly it was great. it is also very easy to port since the bottom opens up. and, nitrous outlet makes an 85mm polished plate to compliment the everything.

For the most part it will fit but all motors aren't the same go with the 86mm intake if your going to stay with that 85mm TB, go with the 96mm intake if your upgrading to a bigger TB
