Unfortunately the SLP kit is a cold air kit and not a ram air kit. We do sell an upgrade kit should you decide to modify it to be a ram air kit.

Thanks

I have the slp lid now, but if I was going to do it over I would go fast toys very nice lid. Plus if you have a problem with it customer service is great.

I'm still on the fence whether or not to do a lid (of which I believe I'd get the FT's lid) or fork out more and get the volant... I just hate all the issues that seem to come with lids as far as fitment and sealing... plus I have a WS.6 so the volant would make a little more sense...

the best intake for any f-body is a FTRA, FT 85mm lid, all sealed up...you will not get these type of gains with a volant...And if you go extreme custom ram air gotta ditch the a/c i have seen around 25rwhp over a stock setup just in the custom ram air...

also on a side note i put a Ft 85mm lid and 85mm maf on my car and gained around 10rwhp...
