Slp Lm 1
Slp Lm 1 I have an 02 ws6 m6 with Hooker long tubes no cats, and magnaflow 3 in exhaust.
I don't really like the sound so much not loud and thoaty enough sounds to corvettish, to me, was wandering if SLP LM sounds good or GMMG, maybe even Corsa, I dont care about interior resonance, but I don't want to sound like a pickup exhaust either like my 93 z28 so any help would be nice. Also I cant listen to the clips on ls1sounds.com very well computer doesnt like the site lol so anyother sources. Just want an exhaust setup to blow away those revving stangs and vettes

GMMG if you feel like spending that money. (it does sound good)
slp if you wanna take the easier way out. i love how slp sounds. a lot of people dont, dont listen to them though. i think they are just trying to follow the "hate slp lm trend"

Been driving with the loudmouth 1 for 3 years. My hawk is a D/D And I have yet to understand where the problem is where people say the droan and rasp you will get tired of
. Maybe it's louder with headers which I don't have but I drive mine every day and would not trade it for no other exhaust. Do a search on ls1tech and other clubs and hear what the people who have the exhaust say, not just the ones who have no clue about it other than what they hear someone say. Oh and I drive more than the 10 miles a day also.

With stock manifolds and y pipe, loudmouth isn't loud at all...i wish mine was louder..i may get a cutout but i'd almost have to get it in the y pipe before the cats or something

you need to say screw a catback and go with TD's...the sound is better than ANY catback/ypipe combo... it would be about the same price as a cheap catback too...and not to mention you get more HP gains

ive got LT's, ORY, LM 1. not even close to sounding like a pick up truck thats for sure. personally when running LT's and ORY i think that both GMMG and the LM both sound very alike but the LM is only half the price and its still stainless steel so thats why i went with it. i dont think the LM is as bad as people make it sound. i say go for it, could probably even pick one up in the for sale section cheaper. i always see them for sale in there.
thanks 02...its a very cheap setup especially if you already have the headers and you can d the work yourself...ive got 210 in the TD's not including headers which were free
from those clips you have one of the best sounding LS1 exhausts I've heard
a lot of people seem to think loud = sounds good, and that is very very very untrue...
ls1s seem to be very touchy to exhaust...a lot sound great at idle then sound like complete **** at WOT
td's with LM1's is nice and loud with the stock cam, here's my sound clip lol
