The one's I have seen hang very low. They flow great though. 
QTP headers, which ORY?
QTP headers, which ORY? I just recently purchased a set of QTP race headers. I was just going to get their ORY, but I have heard of a few not so positive comments made about their ORY. so, I wanted to get some opinions before I up and ordered one.
I would like to get one that is SS or ceramic coated, so I don't want to mess with a custom Y.
What other choices would work well with these headers?

Go custom...the pacesetter/jethot/hooker ypipes willnot fit. I had the mufflex ORY and it did not fit that great so I took it to an exhaust shop for them to cut and refit it...Gained atleast an inch of ground clearance. Best $85 I ever spent on exhaust.

My car is not lowered, and I have no plans to do so, so ground clearance is not a huge issue to me.
Seems like I can recall reading a post somewhere that QTP redesigned their ORY and now they fit alot better and don't hang down as much. Can anybody verify that?

Bolted right up for me. Fortunately it comes in several pieces (slip joint design), so you can manuever it till it fits. I recommend that you get the sure seal exhaust sleeves to use on the slip joints. The u-bolts are ****! Once you have it together, leave everything loose and use a floor jack to lift the y-pipe to the body as close as possible. Then tighten everything down.
Oh, and go ahead with replacement of your motor mounts before you slip the longtubes in! I learned this lesson the hard way, your y-pipe will likely bang the **** out of your underbody/floor.
it was either sure seal or easy seal...I will get you the part number when I get home from work tonight. I picked them up from napa. They were the nice stainless steel ones.
QTP/Mufflex y pipe is what I recommend because it has great flow with the flowmaster merge. Yes it can hang low but the positioning of the pipes can be slightly adjusted for better clearance. If you are not lowered go for it, it's worth it. If not go custom and have them put that flowmaster merge in.

Yeah, they are somewhat pricey and all pretty much the same exact price, directly from mufflex which is the same exact as the qtp one is 313ish plus 30 for the 4-3inch reducer if you want it to mate up to your catback.
