Bring it on fellas, you won't be disappointed

As long as the proper amount of material is removed, certain spots are blended properly, and the TB doesn't leak (high idle) then you're getting what you paid for and then some. Guys 3-7 yrs ago were paying $150+ for this very same service. There isn't a better deal than $55 shipped ANYWHERE for this kind of work.

Rusty, I thought I sent you my addy a while back. I'll PM you again.

I'm getting my new to me ls1 f-body soon. Once I get it legal and take care of a few things, I will be getting this. You ARE doing the bump stop mod, correct? I will install this and do the TB bypass at the same time.

Scotty, I've tried calling you 3 separate times and it won't go through.

Sounds good man. If you want I can get rid of the coolant tubes on the bottom of the TB while i'm at it when you do your TB bypass mod. Just let me know and remind me about the TB bypass.

If you send me your TB for porting, I can port it and send it to "Silverghost" who does all my exterior TB work for a discounted price (for MY customers ONLY). He's a sponsor on the site = https://ls1tech.com/forums/member.ph...oster&t=931910

Let me know, thanks guys!

I'll be sending you mine soon. So I should expect about a 1 week downtime? Will it require any tuning? And do you guarantee there will be no idle, surge problems, etc?

A week or less sir. No tuning required, and yes I guarantee my work. If you check the first page on this thread, I had 1 early ported TB with an idle issue which wound up being the "knife edged" blade (which I do not do anymore). I replaced his TB with a completely new unit, with an updated porting job and no knife edging. No problems since.

I will not leave any customers hanging.

Nope. The stock PCM can "learn" a ported TB by itself and see decent gains. People have been getting gains from ported TB's on LS1's long before tuning was even available yet.

If Rosie O'Donnell fell in the woods and nobody was around to hear it, would it make a sound?
