AIR - vacuum hose from Intake
ok I pulled this AIR system out, but when taking out the T-filter or whatever it is on the back of the INtake where the hoses meet I pulled the vacuum hose off whatever it was attatched to the back of the intake. I cant seem to find what it was connected to from the intake to the hose. Anyone have any idea where and what it is? I never "plugged" it up, so not sure what this will affect if I dont.

well pulled the Intake off today and I did not see anywhere that vacuum hose from the T-AIR fitting goes to, obviously goes somewhere but nothing was broken off the intake. So Iguess I'll just leave it alone and see if any problems occur.

there are two small hoses that connect to the back sensor on the intake manifold . one hose is leftover from the air/egr delete if you have done that already . the other is a hose that comes off the back of the intake manifold . i put a screw in mine along with some intake gasket around the threads . then left the other side plugged in the sensor . it just hangs there . the other hose that plugs into the sensor is fromn the t off the back of the intake manifold . hope this helps.

I hear what you are saing, I saw two vacuum connections on the back of the Intake, sort of a T, one for the HVAC, which is connected...checked my heat vents and they work, and the other is connected to a hose that is connected to "sensor or electric component" on the Fuel rail I believe...Ill have to take a picture. I dont see any other place where that hose from the AIR Delete was connected to. Unfortunately when I was pulling the AIR out, the hose that was connected to broke off from the Intake end, so that is why I pulled the intake to find where it was connected to but I couldnt find it.

I broke the hose off the piece that come from #4 to #5. So the piece that broke off #5 is where I plugged it up. But if you can disconnect the hose and just put a screw in it, you dont need the hose to be hanging there.
