Question Exhaust Sound

I used to have a FlowMaster 80 Series and liked it on my 99Z28.

My son said try a Loud Mouth exhaust.
It was to Loud

I put on a Magnaflow Catback system and it's to quiet

I'm thinking on going back to a Flowmaster 80 series to get more Great cam sound.

I do not want a Cutout.

You thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

GMMG chambered cat back. It has been dyno proven to be one of the best flowing exhaust's besides a cat back with a cut out open and true duals which are just barely better. Gmmg is tame sound at idle, gets loud at wide open. But a fed dB quiter than the SLP LM. You have to hear the gmmg in person. Once you hear it in person you will never change your mind. Its also stainless steel.

The same thing you were judging by your typing

Go true duals. Youll never go back to a Y setup.

FWIW my ORY Magnaflow exhaust isn't raspy at all. Even with the cam, it's somewhat quiet at part throttle. I used to have an adjustable Borla. That was my favorite exhaust. Sounded great with the plate in, nice aggressive tone and not really too loud at all. Pop the plate out for the track...I thought it was a great exhaust.
