Where did you order them from? P.m. me if you want to keep it quiet.

I am just asking because I ordered some and they should be here tomorrow.

I would return them if possible. If you bought it new it should be new when you put it on. The collector dent could easily be straightened out but the dent on the primary is a different story.

You canuse them as is or straighten them w/ a pair of pliers. or you can rent a tailpipe expander from autozone to make it perfectly round. Either way its not gonna leak.

YOUR AN ***! The reason shops charge upwards of 100.00 an hr is because they have to pay overhead like rent, advertising, and cost of doing business(doing buisiness w/ *** holes like you). Get a fking life.

For damage that wasnt done or caused by them you want this guy to rip them off for 100.00. I think 50.00 would be a fair refund for that very minor damage that will never be seen once installed.

Thats why things cost so much as it is. I think they were very fair w/ their offer. Since they dont actually make the headers I guarantee they dont make 100.00 a set.

yea, i dont want to rip the company off or anything, but i paid $540 for BRAND NEW headers and it may not be there fault but somebody has to make the customer happy, that dent on the primary looks pretty bad from the inside cuz its on the angle, i took it to a local muffler shop and he said he is going to cut the collector off and use a pipe expander to hopefully fix it for $150 welding and labor

Honestly, if it were me, I'd just use a pipe expander and pop the collector out to where it should be and call it a day, instead of dealing with the shipping hassle. It's your call though. And the guys at NEP are awesome to deal with, so I'm sure whatever you choose to do, they'll help you out as best they can.

I can't believe so much drama has some from this..lmao.

Seriously..it's a small dent in the primary..no one cares, install it, and enjoy the power gain... As for the collect ding..just a hammer or pliers and just pop it out... no big deal really.

Hell, if it will make you feel better, I'll go take a hammer and put a dent in one of the primaries on the headers already on my car.

From the pic you posted it does not seem bad at all... Post a side profile view of that primary so we can see how deep it is.
