Default Header install questions.

Ok im in the middle of my ARH LT install. Right now Ive got the headers laid up in position but not bolted up yet, and its dark so I quit. Questions are: Whats the trick to getting the gasket on with the header? I tried a couple times before I called it quits on a count of low light and too many beer.s Second question I broke off the coolant temp sensor on the driver head, just the plastic part. I have another one, but I want to know how much coolant is going to pour out when I unscrew it. The car has been sitting on the ramps for about 5 days now. Thanks. And no I havent been working on it for 5 days straight, probably about 3 or 4 hours between the days after work.

Also the ARH headers slid in pretty easily after I took off the heat shields and jacked up the rear of the car a little. I have the front on ramps so Its not super high like I've seen on here before, just an FYI for those getting ready to install.

Dunno about a trick...you can put the front and rear bolts in, then hang the gasket off the two...you need another pair of hands or some tape to help though!

Drew you a picture.

Hope this helps. I have done 3 header installs with this method I thought of and it works great.

i used small wire ties started 2 bolts and cut and removed the ties.
i used the boxes they came in and some wood to hold them up so i could grab them from the top.

I did my header install myself, and it was my first time...only took me 7 hours total to take all the old **** off, and put the new one's on including the 3" ORY

gaskets are a pain in the butt tho...took me a couple attempts to get them on there right...you will hafto do it from on top of the car...and try threading in the bolt that its easiest to get too first.

I did it like NBM-LS1 - nice picture BTW. I used a dremel with a cutoff wheel to do it.
