Few more videos of my MS4/Borla XR-1 combo
Man, the more I hear this exhaust the more I like it. It's QTP LT's into a QTP Y pipe into a Borla XR-1. They are short videos and I still need to get a WOT video but it gives you an idea. The car still has a hard time finding idle but it's getting closer. Also, I know I don't have the tips put on yet lol...

Yeah, I did. I built a motor over the winter and put the MS4 in it. I got a mail order tune from TSP because the nearest tuner is about 3 hours from me. I'm moving here in the next few weeks back up within a few hours of chicago so I'll have a place to get it on the dyno for a dyno tune then.

It does have a tune.... that's what I said. Then entire combo is from Texas Speed and I let them tune the PCM. I'm sure the tune is fine man. It's not going to hurt anything. They got it pretty close which is all I was expecting. Idle is just kinda funny right now, but it's slowly getting better. This is a very standard combo that they've tuned for time after time. I've checked the plugs numerous times during the first 80 miles and they look great. I'm not in the least worried about it.

You may be able to open your throttle body screw a little and then do a reset on throttle position.
try going out with the screw. IF it gets better then unplug your tp sensor turn the key on for 10 sec. Turn off key, plug sensor back in and turn key back on.
That may help it idle better.

I would definately look at your tune again. That motor sounds like its hurtin. I have alot of the same things you have and after a good tune, my car produced much faster times and alot more tq and hp. Not tying to bash ya but my unwanted 2 cents.

Will do man, I will be getting it on the dyno soon to get it fine tuned and the idle smoothed out. Car drives fantastic, just has problems when the load is taken off the motor. I'm sure it's something small like the IAC count is off or something.

dude that sounds good, once the idle issues are solved it should be a blast to drive! does it die out at redlights, or when ur coming to a stop?
by the way the borla really goes well with that cam
