PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CAR MISSING AFTER HEADER INSTALL? Installed headers about 5 weeks ago on my 01 Z-28. Have about 600 miles sence the install. Just this week, the car started missing at WOT. please help, i don't know what to do. I hate to drive the car in this condition, but i can't afford to take it to the dealer. The SES light went on for about 10 seconds so I had auto zone scan the PCM, but no stored codes were found?????????????

Re: PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CAR MISSING AFTER HEADER INSTALL? Check the plug wires and recheck to make sure no wires are getting burned. Could also be a bad plug as I've seen that a few times.

Re: PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CAR MISSING AFTER HEADER INSTALL? I had the same basic thing happen, and I just changed the plugs and it fixed it. One of the plugs must've hit the ground the wrong way or something which opened up the gap on it. You also might just have a dud plug like it was said before.
