I thought it ran all the time (when the car is on, unless you wire it with a switch for use when the car is off) and a normal manual thermostat controlled the flow?
I've not seen one, but that is the way it was working in my head

pump runs all the time... u drill 2 3/16 holes in the outter edge of the Tstat (not housing obviously) to allow for flow and not put stress on the E- Motor. I ran a Race Version no tstat for a while with no problems. I dont even plan on using the Tstat. U hook it up to a Key On power sourse so when the key is on Ur pump works. U can also put it on a switch also, so u can have the pump running in the stagin lanes without having to turn the the key

I am still building the kit car it's going in, my question is how and where can I put the alternator. It’s the only accessory I need to run. Does somebody make a bracket + belt to run just the alt.

My engine was out of a vett, so the alt was mounted up high on the right side. Maybe I'll see if I can locate a used camaro alt braket. thanks for the tip.

Actually, I just ordered the street version of the EWP so I wouldn't have to fight with anything. For those who have done the install, Which wire did you tap into for ignition on power? Did you use a relay?
Thanks,
Jordan

LS1 STREET PUMP flows more than the race pump...
55gpm vs 35gpm I belive...
Draws more amps too, 11-13 amps...
I took power from the aux +12 battery terminal, at the fuse box area...
Used a relay too, taking the 'trigger' from the fuel pump power wire...
This way whenever the fuel pump is on, the EWP is on...
Did it this way, as I have LS1Edit...
