Default P/P stock tb vs. BBk 80/85mm tb

What would be worth it more? stock ported/ polished/bump stopped tb or a bbk 80/85mm tb. the tb would be combined with an LS6 intake.

waste of time to get a bigger diameter tb than the diameter of the intake inlet.

either is ok. i would say port&polish your own thats the least $ and will work just as good. tb'swont get your a lot more power but will provide better response.

Default Hey man I know a good guy.

Hey dude, do the stocker. All you need is a good port job because polishing it is really is no gain, if anything a polish has the same effect when you polish the intake ports on old carbed chevy or ford if you port to far in the intake ports on heads. You get fuel puddling. Anyway the guy is on this forum his screen name is DAMIAN from Spartan Performance. Look him up on the forum he's pretty damn good. In matter of fact I sent mine off on Monday and is already getting sent back today. This guy does great work for $55.00 bucks.

P&P the stocker. No sense in putting an 80+mm TB on an intake that only has a 78mm opening
