The new Texas Tsunami camshaft 235/240 .65x/.61x 111 Camshaft is another camshaft near that duration that you should really look into! The Tsunami camshaft dyno tested very well next to the MS4 & a bunch of competitors bigger camshafts. The Tsunami is more forgiving to what cylinder heads you can run & made very close to MS4 power in engine dyno testing!
