I went form 358 to 403, it wasn't a bad gain, but honestly it was still very mild.

i think suspension is over rated... im on BONE stock suspension.. now when you start making some serious power, yea you need it.. but weight reduction/**transfer** and a sticky tire goes a long way...

SI i would agree with a cam you are wrong...you will need a tq arm, rear sway/drag bar, lcas, sfc...at the least...trust me i tried to do it with stock suspension noone wants to spend money if they dont have to...

come on man...your cam did not add 84rwhp...you might have gained that but only because your old tune was so busted it was hurting your baseline...

a 230/230 cam is only going to add 55-60rwhp...at most

i did a 85mm maf and lid when i did my cam and gained 70rwhp...10 of it i attribute to the maf and lid...

You can think that. Or i can post my dyno graphs, or you can Mike at Straightline.. You choose. My car has only been tuned 1 time. By Mike at Straighline after my cam was installed. He was VERY surprised by my gain as well

Before Cam: 331/340
After Cam: 404/375
SAE: 415/378

yeah just saying the tune was off before to gain 84rwhp...i mean just think if you put in a trex, you are saying you would gain around 100rwhp with a cam...

i mean i could pull one spark plug have a baseline of 260rwhp then thow the cam in and have it tuned and get my 420rwhp so my cam added 160rwhp right...you get what i am saying now...

still awesome results...

I dunno how a baseline tune from the factory can be that off? Mike was the first person to ever touch my car

Well as far as timing goes. The car did not like timing when i added the cam. try to add like 28* or 29* and the car did not like it. So timing is basically at stock. Maybe 1* higher....

Well when i had LTs, maybe it made it run leaner

This statement is absolutely correct! I am the only owner of my car and I meticulously tuned it on the street. After I added the (F13) cam, on the same dyno two weeks later, I gained 48rwhp with the converter unlocked. Locked I gain 44rwhp. So this eliminates the tune aspect of the gains. It was purely a cam gain, which either way is impressive.

I'd say theres no reason to make negative joke about a big sponsor here...
even if its not to take down the sponsor itself or their product.
