cam? for tsp headed 6.0 recommendations
i have 6.0 lq9 that i'm building with arp rod bolts and tsp 2.5 5.3 heads. i want a cam that will pull up to 7k but still have plenty of low end torque. anyone with similar combo have any suggestions. anybody know if the t-rex would be good for this combo? i just know it pulls all the way to 7k. anyone? by the way it's gonna see spray too.

Are you willing to flycut the pistons? I'll be interested to see the responses to this thread, I'm building a 6.0 with the same heads only I'm doing forged rods/pistons so I'll already have 4cc valve reliefs. I'll probably go custom grind with 24x/24x duration and .600-.625" lift.

If you want something that breath in the 6500+ range and retains nice bottom end and mid-range power, I'd consider our TorquerV3 camshaft. Its aggresive intake lobe helps make great area under the curve, and it's still bi enough to breath up top too! There are handfuls of dyno graphs for this heads/cam combo in the dyno results forum too!

basicly your gonna want a cam with a big split...and a wide lsa...the cam i had in my last setup worked this way and it had a 10* split on a 114 was speced for nitrous but worked great n/a
