Yeah, i too have ran a G5X3 for a little over 40K... NO issues @ all...

My friend installed same heads with a 231/237 and head 140k plus before installation. That was a year ago and he still pulls me from the kick..

I was thinking wrong about the rockers, for some reason i was thinking they were 1.6. Anyway at least i learned something, i kept stock rockers just to save money, but i never knew people have made more power with them.

When I had my first SS, I installed both heads and cam with 98K on the clock. Never had an issue.

The rockers will help you free up a few ponies too (5-10rwhp), less valvetrain weight. Dont skimp though, no Ebay rockers.

i say go for it just don't forget an aftermarket oil pump, i did a 224 cam @138K miles and the car now has 142k and runs just fine.
