Scott, your Ls6 intake is choking it...with my 224 cam, Ls6, Patriot Stage II heads, and full exhaust i was 409/386. swapped to a 90/90 went 444/395, added an EWP and U/D pulley and now im sitting 458/410...
swap to a 90/90, install an U/D pulley, and larger injectors, get a retune and really see what happens...

i dont know what you mean by degree the cam, but I lined it up dot for dot as perfectly as I could get it.
Yeah my tuner ( this was on a tune) said that if i come back with a fast, some bigger injectors, and a UD pulley it'll make 450. So i guess thats what is next on the list.

I'm not sure how you figure this. Look at his A/F flat line, not sure where it shows you runing out of fuel but it looks like a flat line to 6500 rpms? am I missing something? Is there another file he didnt post maybe?
He's got 421 and looks like its tuned very nicely and you guys think he's going to net another 30 something HP with bigger injectors and intake??
It think thats really hopefull. Last thing he wants to do is toss down another what $1500 for intake TB and injectors and make another 10-15 hp maybe?
I think you need to drive it for a while and then if you cant live without a dyno number toss the money down and see what happens. But if you get to say 435 or 440 then what?
He should at least talk to TSP and see what they think. They've seen this combo a lot and have a real good idea of what he can expect.
My guess is the car is a blast to drive. Enjoy it before you go ripping into it again.
You will gain from a 92/92 but not 30hp and you need to decide how much more money you want to spend for mininmal gains.

very true, mods wont be done for a while, I like the car how it is now, just your normal heads/cam package. Not too insane, not too weak, fun for me. He said it was maxing out at about 6200rpm. He told me if i got a fast mani/pulley and some injectors to be safe it should make about 450. I dunno, maybe it wont see 30hp out of a new mani and a UD pulley, but it should probably make atleast a good 20-25, i'd be satisfied if it made 20, but not if it only made 10-15. Its a fun car for what it is though. Really appreciate all the input guys, keep the comments coming!

yeah it was lookin a bit on the low side aswell. I think maybe my pacesetter headers are choking it, or the weight of my stock flywheel/stock pulley isnt letting it make as much peak hp. But its good, itw within 10-15hp of what it should make, so the variables are many.

yeah, i guess i just need a new intake manifold, i wanna get injectors to play it safe, and i'll throw in a UD pulley while im there. It breaks the 315 555r's loose if i punch it at 3k rpm in 1st.

Before wou spend on intake, I would do a FTRA or similar Ram Air. Also when was the last time you cleaned your MAF.
Reason why I'm saying this is your injectors should have maxed out before 6200. Meaning your car is not getting enough air.
