I'm dying of curiousty..
There's not much for a best case scenario except winning the lottery deal but here's a fantasy you can hope for.

Best case:
The puffing smoke could be from a super rich condition due to the fact there's no compression in one cylinder and raw gas is causing the exhaust cloud because you have no catalytic converter. The broken valve may have only hit the piston hard one time and left an acceptably sized divot. the valve piece came out quickly without touching the cylinder wall or jamming between piston, head or cylinder. All you will need is one valve, new gaskets, bolts and 6 hours of labor.

Reality:
Most likely you have a lot of damage to at least one cylinder, the piston and head. You may even have a bent piston rod. Your best option is to find another motor or spend a fortune rebuilding this one the way you want it.

Ok, so all of the Worst Case people were right...

Just take a look for yourself, if anyone has a nice cheap motor for sale please let me know...

Piston Carnage-

Head is Crap

Looks like the shaft of the valve broke...

Rest of the valve that you saw earlier...

Have Fun...

Ouch, that hurts.

The question now is why it happened. Could the springs have gotten a little weak, with a tight Piston to Valve clearance, and you smacked the valve into the piston?

I'd put that spring and have it tested to see what the seat and open pressures are.

Any machine shop or engine building place should do it for you for next to nothing. Grab the phone book and call around... tell them you want to test a valve spring pressure, it literally takes 2 mintues to do.

I agree. The G5x3 is tight PTV and I dont see any flycutting on your other holes. Did PTV get checked when everything was put together?

Thanks for the support guys,

As for future plans, I don't really know. I am on a very tight budget if you guys have some good ideas, and I do take donations hahaha...

It was my fault, I did not check the PTVC when I was putting the combo together, I just took shops word. Everyone learn, BIG MISTAKE

It's ok I'll figure it out...

Give me some suggestions!
