Yep, the 234 duration X-ER lobe is a 598 lift instead of the 230's 592 lift. Nit picking aren't we...........

I like the sounds of it to but, no disrespect to chris, it has only been proven on one car so far AFAIK. When there's 10 people posting great numbers, then its a proven cam

Mamo got 480rwhp+ outta his 224/228 but its not typical.

i really want to try this cam but im not to sure that the results would be worth what i would have to spend over my 224/230. mine doesnt make the most rwhp but it has ran the best of a 7.4 at 94mph, so something is working for me..

i would leave that cam in too, not worth it just for 6 degrees intake, might get you around 5-8rwhp...i mean even if it did get you a high number like 10rwhp more is it really worth it...i wouldnt change it out...

now if you change the car into a weekend warrior or track car, go for a trex, ms4, polluter...etc, then it is worth it

i agree my car is very strong, it is well put together, and has run great numbers from day one...

check out this ancient post i found, in 1800ft DA

https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-raci...est-times.html

i would say an average street car should have no problem running 11.2s-11.3s with this cam...

I was curious also. The sig says he did 11.55 with just boltons and then dropped to 10.81 with a better stall and the El toro cam. Is that correct Chris?

yup only thing i did from SI to cam only was..

cam
85mm lid/maf...had stock maf with MTI lid
front qa1r shocks
rear spohn drag bar

should be in the 10.70s with the same DA i had when i was SI...

although i am finishing up on my ported 92...maybe a hair better...
