Long Tubes are a better buy..the MS4 will work fine with the 6.0l, what kind of Heads are on the 6.0l? If they are 317 Heads I would use them, just get them milled down to make the Chambers smaller..

Cam should be identical, and if your staying with stock heads, go with the ones from the 6.0. They will probably be 243 castings, as opposed to the 241s or other casting from the LS1.

Usually the general rule I have heard it's .005" for one cc out of the Chambers. I don't remember what they are stock, I'm sure someone will have that number.

Depends on which 6.0 it is i believe.. The 317 castings, i believe are the truck castings, close to the 243s just bigger chambers, for lower comp.. Nothing a light mill wouldnt take care of, from what ive read.

The MS4 will work fine in the 6.0l.

What kind of 6.0l is it..an LQ4 or an LQ9?
