I upgraded to the AFR 8019 valve springs and am also running the Yella Terra rockers. I set these up on the work bench and got a very narrow and centerned wipe pattern.

I'm with some of the other guys, 114 LSA. I would however like to see more split, 8* vs. 4* of split. I base this on my own experience. My current cam has 8* of split, and a 114 LSA. I daily drive my car, and it makes damn good power. I have a full weight car and ran the time in my sig on pump gas and drag radials. I have AFR 205's milled to 59cc and a FAST 90mm intake masaged by Tony Mamo. It's docile as all hell, but runs like a scalded dog when you dip into the throttle.

lol...serious!! the 224/224 cam will kick that cams butt under the curve!!
another cam that makes good under the curve is the TR 230/224 cam. i know u have alot of guys that always doubt reverse splits, but think of it as u getting the under the curve performance of a 224 cam, while getting some up top as well...kinda like the best of both worlds.

The TR224 is a great cam, you can find them used cheap for a super buget setup.
Another small shelf one I'm impressed with in the comp 228/230 I think the lift is .588/.588? There a few locals with it making more power then most of the "majic" cams put down, and run at the track.
